Printing is about 3 business days and shipping usually takes 2 - 4 business days.
Returns & exchanges
1. The customer has the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The term of withdrawal expires after 14 days from the day on which the Customer took possession of the last item or on which a third party other than the carrier and indicated by the Customer took possession of the last item.
2. In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, the Customer should inform the Seller (Drukarnia Piga Sp. z o.o., 1 Mysłowicka St., 43-100 Tychy, tel. (32) 700 36 16) of his/her decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement.
3. In order to keep the deadline for withdrawal from the contract, you must send to the e-mail address of the Seller tulup@tulup.pl a statement of withdrawal from the contract before the expiry of the deadline of 14 days from the date of delivery of the goods. A model of the relevant statement can be found at the end of these terms and conditions.
4. The Seller shall not bear the transportation costs associated with the return of goods by the Customer as a result of withdrawal from the contract.
5. Goods must be sent back within 14 days from the date of declaration of withdrawal from the contract.
